Epyllion Services was founded in Sydney with a singular vision: to create a support service that genuinely puts people first. Our founders — themselves touched by disability within their own families — understood the frustration of receiving cookie-cutter care that didn't reflect the unique person in front of them.
We set out to build something different — a team of support workers who bring not just skill, but heart. Over the years, Epyllion Services has grown into a trusted name in NDIS-funded support across Sydney, recognised for our flexibility, reliability, and genuine care for participant outcomes.
